This was a cat who loved life and lived it to the full. He was my grandsons cat he came to us without any fuss but he was still looked on as my grandsons. Wicked to my other cat Chloe, wouldn't let Chloe past him when he was on the stairs, ate everything in sight not leaving any cat food for Chloe, but he was adorable telling you he loved you with his eyes while purring loudly, lying on the bed beside me for three days when I was poorly, almost wrecking the Christmas tree, had fine baby kitten hair, a long body which looked odd when he was tiny but he grew into it, long tail, beautiful shaped green eyes, neat head and four white paws, ran away growling with his first chicken bone, nearly choked on some apple skin, would run back to use his litter box when he first started to go outside, climbed up a high wooden fence then cried to be lifted down, climbed up to the top of a very high roof and ladders had to be brought to get him down, twice, rolled onto his side purring loudly he was so pleased to see us after his stay in the cattery, would run over the dining table along the kitchen tops to towards the patio door when he wanted to be out,and he must have caught every mouse in the vicinty. He was a pal friend and a chum and he is very much missed.xx

Darkness fell here yesterday,
His life time came to pass,
Leaving tears and pain within his wake,
His body's breath couldn't last....
But he has not really left you,
And when you're feeling sad,
You'll feel his little tender purr,
And the warmth you've always had.
He'll bring to you sweet butterflies,
And the call of nature's wings,
You'll feel his tender loving nudge,
When you're doing your daily things.
With all the love of your special bonds,
You both have shared so long,
Means that he can never really leave,
He'll be forever your heart song.

Angel In The Sky
There is a star in Heaven
and on it is a place,
that's been reserved for you since birth
a place meant for your name.
This star has watched you through the years
but it could not stand alone,
it rested high on angel wings
awaiting your trip home.
You slipped away, I held you close,
your soul flowed through my heart,
I felt your last breath through my tears
I felt your pain depart.
Tonight I looked up to the sky
and there for me to view
was one lone star shining bright
your name was shining too.
You were my angel on this earth,
you're my angel in the sky.

our names shine side by side.
